We sell imported cosmetic products intended for personal use.
 • All products are authentic and sourced from trusted suppliers.
 • Products may be parallel imports, and may differ from products sold through authorized distributors in Japan (e.g., packaging, labeling, ingredients naming).

We do not guarantee that product descriptions or other content are error-free.

3. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to:
 • suspected fraud
 • pricing errors
 • product availability issues

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed in Japanese Yen (JPY) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

We accept the following payment methods:

 • Shopify Payments
 • PayPal

Payment must be completed at the time of purchase.

5. Shipping
 • Shipping is available within Japan only.
 • Orders are typically delivered within 1–3 business days via Yamato Transport.
 • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

6. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns only under the following conditions:
 • Defective products
 • Incorrect items received

Conditions:
 • Request must be made within 7 days of delivery
 • Products must be unopened and unused

We do not accept returns for:
 • change of mind
 • customer preference
