Refund policy

1.(General Policy)

At Cosmadelica, we strive to ensure a safe and satisfying shopping experience for our customers.
However, due to the hygienic nature of cosmetic products, certain conditions apply to returns and exchanges.

 

2. Eligible Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:
 • The product is defective or damaged
 • You received an incorrect item


In these cases:
 • Shipping costs will be covered by us
 • We will offer a replacement or a full refund

 

3. Customer-Initiated Returns

We do not accept returns for the following reasons:
 • Change of mind (color, scent, texture, etc.)
 • Ordering mistakes
 • Products that have been used

※ For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetic products cannot be returned.

 

4. Unopened Item Returns – Exception

Returns may be considered for unopened items only if all of the following conditions are met:
 • You contact us within 7 days of delivery
 • The product is unopened and unused
 • The product and packaging are in original condition


In this case:
 • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer
 • Bank transfer or processing fees may be deducted from the refund

 

5. Return Procedure

To request a return or exchange, please contact us with the following information:
 • Order number
 • Name
 • Product name
 • Description of the issue (photos if possible)

※ Returns without prior contact will not be accepted.

 

6. Refunds

Refunds will be processed as follows:
 • Credit card payments: refunded via the card issuer
 • Other payment methods: bank transfer or equivalent

Refund processing may take approximately 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.

 

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
 • Opened products
 • Used products
 • Sale or outlet items
 • Items reported after 8 days from delivery

 

8. Additional Notes
 • All returned items will be inspected upon arrival
 • We reserve the right to refuse returns deemed fraudulent or abusive
